Central Michigan has extended the contract of women’s basketball coach Sue Guevara through the 2020-21 season. Guevara, who will begin her 10th year at CMU this fall, has amassed a 153-134 record in charge of the program, including 22-11 last season, when the Chippewas finished first the Mid-American Conference West Division, reached the MAC Tournament championship game, and earned a berth in the Women’s NIT.
