Head men’s basketball coach Steve Henson announced Monday that he has hired Adam Hood as assistant coach, effective immediately. Hood comes to UTSA after spending the previous two seasons (2014-16) as an assistant coach at Columbia, where he served as the recruiting coordinator and coached the team’s perimeter players. During his time with the Lions he helped the squad to 38 wins, including a school-record 25-10 mark in 2015-16. Read More.
