A Wisconsin regent is questioning whether it’s worth continuing athletics at UW-Milwaukee. Regent Tim Higgins challenged UW-Milwaukee Athletic Director Amanda Braun after she gave a presentation on Panther sports to regents Friday on the school’s campus.
