Jazmone Turner of Dayton, Ohio, has officially been named the new head women’s basketball coach at Ohio Valley University, OVU Athletic Director Chad Porter has announced. Last season Turner served as OVU’s interim head coach and ultimately led the Fighting Scots women’s basketball team to their first post season Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) championship tournament berth since the university became an official member in 2013-2014.
