Rutgers Scarlet Knight Hall of Famer Victoria Picott has been named as the newest member of the Houston Cougar Women’s Basketball coaching staff. Picott began her coaching career in 1991-92 as a student-assistant at her alma mater, Rutgers, before moving to the high school ranks in 1993-94 as the freshman girls basketball coach at Hightstown High School, Picott’s high school alma mater, in Central New Jersey.
