Spiker, who was introduced Tuesday as Drexel’s 26th men’s basketball head coach, spent seven years as head coach at Army, compiling a 102-112 record in one of the most successful stretches in program history. He’s one of three coaches in Army history, along with Mike Krzyzewski and Bob Knight, to win at least 65 games in his first five seasons. Now Spiker is on to a new challenge at Drexel, replacing Bruiser Flint, the winningest head coach in Drexel history. Flint was fired March 7.
