The newly hired athletic director Scott Woodward is making smooth transition according to Head Football coach Kevin Sumlin.”He’s been very, very supportive,” head football coach Kevin Sumlin said. “He’s a hands-on guy. He likes to come to practice. He comes into the office. He follows recruiting and is there to help. I think the transition with him has been good. I think he’s been a great communicator with our coaches and with me.” Sumlin said Woodward stopped by his office Monday.
