University of Minnesota Athletic Director Norwood Teague resigned Friday, President Eric Kaler announced in a letter. Kaler said the resignation follows a report of two recent incidents of sexual harassment of two non-student University employees. Kaler is expected to give more information at a 12:15 p.m. press conference, and we will have more coverage throughout the day. Teague was named the athletic director in April 2012 and had a five-year contract. He had been the athletic director at Virginia Commonwealth since 2006 and joined the Rams after five years as associate athletics director at North Carolina.
