Furman will name Mike Buddie new athletic director, sources confirmed to WYFF 4 Sports on Tuesday evening. Buddie spent the last nine years serving as senior associate AD at Wake Forest. Buddie was a baseball standout pitcher for the Demon Decons in the early 90s, and he pitched five season in the majors with the New York Yankees and Milwaukee Brewers.
