Wichita State announced that basketball head coach Gregg Marshall didn’t have to look far for his newest assistant coach, hiring Kyle Linsted, architect of the nationally prominent high school and prep basketball programs at Sunrise Christian Academy. Linsted, 39, replaces Steve Forbes who accepted the head coaching job at East Tennessee State during the off-season. He spent the past 15 years as athletic director and head basketball coach at Sunrise Christian. Since 2010, his program has produced 35 NCAA Division I players. – KSN. Read more.
