Radford (Va.) University hired Ron Jirsa the former Marshall Thundering Herd men’s basketball head coach as an assistant coach for the Highlanders. Jirsa was the Marshall head coach from 2003 to 2007 (four seasons) with a 43-74 record. He joins the Highlanders after one season as a Tennessee Tech University assistant.
