Providence College men’s basketball head coach Ed Cooley will be an assistant coach on the under-19 USA basketball team. Team USA will be led by head coach Sean Miller from the University of Arizona. This is the third straight season in which Cooley has been involved with USA Basketball. In 2013, Cooley served as a court coach during training camp for the under -18 World Championships while in 2014, Cooley served as an assistant coach on the under – 18 team that brought home a gold medal at the FIBA Americas Championship. – Joe Calabro, GoLocalProv.
