Louisiana Tech head coach Eric Konkol announced Friday the hiring of Andy Fox as the new director of basketball operations. Fox comes to LA Tech from Tulane where he has spent the past five years with head coach Ed Conroy as an assistant coach and director of operations. As an assistant, his primary role was recruiting, game preparation and player development. He helped Tulane to back-to-back postseason tournament appearances with a trip to the Collegeinsider.com Tournament (CIT) in 2012-13 and to the College Basketball Invitational (CBI) in 2013-14.
