George Washington head women’s basketball coach Jonathan Tsipis announced on Monday that GW alum and former women’s basketball practice player Zach Kancher (’03) will join the Colonials’ staff as an assistant coach after spending last season on the sidelines at the University of Miami. Coach Kancher’s primary responsibilities will include working with the post players, as well as recruiting, scouting, practice planning and strength and conditioning.
