Matt Brennie of Highland was named Director of Athletics at Ulster County Community College. Brennie replaces Jim Delmar, who stepped down last December. Brennie, who interviewed for the job in 2011, has been involved with Ulster for six years. He was assistant softball coach to Frank Alfonso with the Senators in 2009-11. For the last four years, Brennie has been a counselor in the College’s Student Support Services and also an adjunct faculty member, teaching a freshman seminar.
