Experienced in fundraising, NCAA compliance and William and Mary football, Samantha Huge has agreed to become the Tribe’s athletic director, sources said Monday. A senior associate athletic director at Texas A&M since 2014, Huge will be introduced at a Wednesday morning news conference. William and Mary president Taylor Reveley announced Huge’s appointment to the athletic department Monday afternoon, sources said. Prior to Texas A&M, Huge served in various administrative roles at Delaware, Georgetown, Wake Forest, Illinois, Michigan State and the Southern Conference. She is a 1992 graduate of Gordon College in Massachusetts, where she played basketball, and earned a law degree from Campbell University in North Carolina. -David Teel, Daily Press, Read More
