Julio Freire, who has served as the director of intercollegiate athletics at the University of Tennessee at Martin since January of 2014, has resigned his post to become the deputy athletics director for external affairs at the University of Pittsburgh. Freire’s resignation as Skyhawk director of athletics will take effect at a later date to be determined. In conjunction with today’s news, UT Martin Interim Chancellor Dr. Robert M.
