UNIVERSITY OF NORTHERN IOWA

As the University of Northern Iowa begins the process of finding a replacement for from AD Troy Dannen, sources tell College AD that the university as of now does not plan on hiring an outside firm. Instead, sources tell us the Panthers will rely on a search committee headed by Michael Hager. Hager is UNI’s  vice president for administration and financial services. College AD has also learned that Northern Iowa president Dr. William Ruud would like to have Dannen’s successor in place before the spring semester concludes. Dannen was named as Tulane’s new athletic director last week.
