Beyond the football team’s dramatic turnaround season, complete with 2016 breakthrough feats, Troy University coach Neal Brown sees all the residual benefits. Brown said Milton High grad Andre Flakes moved to safety for spring and will compete for playing time as a defensive player in the fall.
