Joseph Kimball’s career at Mercyhurst University, which spans two decades over two separate stints, soon will come to an end. The school announced Wednesday that Kimball, 65, will retire at the end of the academic year after nine years in his current role as athletics director. Kimball also served as head football coach from 1993-2002 during a career in sports that began in 1984, as head football coach at St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York, but dates to his days as a promising athlete in Syracuse, New York. – Goerie, Read More.
